My love of living in Germany has come with very fond memories and countless images that continue to inspire my work. Traveling through the low countries and along the Ruhr Valley has been an integral part of those experiences. The sight of buildings fading into the distance beneath the rising sun evokes an atmosphere of an impressionist painting —soft, luminous, and full of quiet energy.
